At both The Hartford & Nationwide Insurance Tim was able to build a strategy and model, respective to each company need, that allowed for significant top and bottom line growth. Each launch was carefully planned and executed within the context of what was available.
Through a number of clients within his own practice Tim has been able to increase efficiency through technology and systems alignment along with successfully creating strategies to enhance their results with customer groups.
